Something Apple and it’s “geniuses” don’t tell you. Before you panic, cry, press reset, resort to factory settings, freak out – breath. In fact you’ll have awhile to do this. If your iPod is frozen and the screen is lit up, no worries, just wait a couple of hours at most for the batteries to drain, plug it into your wall charger again and hey presto, good as new! No fuss, no mess, no lost stuff, no having to spend hours putting all your music/videos back on. I know awesome right! (Oh yeah, I’ve also noticed this seems to happen less if you allow your batter to fully drain from time to time. Keeping your iPod constantly fully charged at all times seems to be detrimental.) You’re welcome, have a great day!
